Magnolia Solutions was created to empower family office professionals to achieve greater fulfillment and success in the workplace and beyond.

Over 15 years working with family office clients across the country, Claire Kluever developed a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by family office professionals.

These individuals shoulder immense responsibilities, from complex technical work to serving a varied and demanding clientele, often while working within small, over-committed teams. While leading a family office is extremely rewarding, the pressure of safeguarding clients’ assets, heritage and future generations can leave leaders feeling unduly stressed and out of sync in their personal lives.

Magnolia Solutions is the answer to the lack of industry-specific leadership development and peer-to-peer support opportunities. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Claire established Leadership Circles in 2020 to harness the power of peer discussion and monthly leadership training to produce measurable results in key skill sets, including: implementing constructive conflict behaviors, mentoring junior professionals and showing up as highly functioning team members.

Leadership Circles provide a collaborative environment for client-serving professionals and rising industry leaders alike to dig deeper into the Magnolia curriculum, share industry insights among peers and feel better equipped to navigate any obstacle that may come before them.
